History:
Most of Aster’s past is unknown, but it is known He had no siblings, and that he was a prodigy, who entered the Sybak university at age nine. Sometime after this, he began to study in the research laboratories, being partnered with the half-elf Richter Abend. Despite them being of two different races, they became good friends, because Aster didn't let racial differences get in the way of their friendship. The two of them became close, best friends, and they often teamed up on research projects. During his time in Sybak, Aster was friendly with everyone there, but closest friends with a woman named Rilena, and of course Richter.
Two years pregame, when the worlds of Sylvarant and Tethe'alla merged into one world, Aster's research into Summon Spirits led him to hypothesize that a Summon Spirit controlled the world's flow of mana. After some time of looking into this and preparing, he and Richter set out to prove the existence of Ratatosk, the Summon Spirit in question, and hopefully convince him to take back up his duties so that the natural disasters plaguing the newly-joined world will cease.
After discovering the Centurion Aqua, who agrees to help them, they go to meet Ratatosk at the Ginnungagap. Ratatosk agrees to regulate the mana with the help of his Centurions, but also states his desire to purge both humans and half-elves from the world. Aster tries to reason with him, but as the situation begins to slide towards a dire fate for Aster, something strange happens, the world itself seeming to be violently ripped apart. Startled and confused, Aster passes out...
Weapons:
Guardian - Aster shields himself solely for one attack. Reduces damage considerably.
Demon Fang - Aster swings his sword, creating a short shock wave.
Light Spear Cannon - Aster spins around once and slashes upwards into the air to launch the target upwards, followed by several quick stabs diagonally into the air.
Phoenix Rush - Aster lifts the enemy into the air by slashing his sword upwards, and then slashes at them again in an X pattern while moving forward. He lands, turns around and slashes at them a final time as they fall.
Heavenly Tempest - Aster leaps forward, slashes forward twice while in the air, then somersaults in the air while his sword is outward, slashing the enemies multiple times while airborne.
Fiend Fusion - When used, this arte speeds up Aster's running speed and physical defense, for 5 posts. During the arte itself, stalamites stab up outwards from Aster.
