History: Nine was born in the Suzaku Fiefdom of Rubrum on Oriense on February 13th, 825. Orphaned at a young age, he was taken in by Arecia Al-Rashia, who formed himself and other children into the group now known as Class Zero in the Peristylium Suzaku, Rubrum's magic academy. As such, he views Arecia as a mother figure and, like the rest of Class Zero, calls her "mother". He thinks of Class Zero as his siblings, as though they're something of a make-shift family - which, technically speaking, they kind of are.
In the game's opening, Nine appears to attack and stop Milites soldiers from getting near to Queen and Ace as they guard Izana until he dies, since there's nothing they can do for him. Afterwards, he, Ace and Queen set off under orders they received via their comms, fighting Milites soldiers along the way. Class Zero was deployed to deal with the soldiers, since Rubrum's own army had been failing and they had lost too many to hold back the invasion on their own.
When Kurasame first introduces himself as Class Zero's new instructor, thus replacing Arecia, Nine immediately speaks up and voices his dislike of him, stating that they will only listen to Arecia and not Kurasame. Kurasame backhands Nine into a nearby wall, but this only fuels the dragoons rage, and he rushes Kurasame, attempting to throw a punch at him, but the instructor throws him aside with ease. Both Cater and Ace come to Nine's defence quickly, but they are also both over-powered.
As a part of the resistance operation entitled "Operation Apostle", Nine and the rest of Class Zero all seek to become the Agito, a messiah prophesied in anicent mythology to appear at the time of Finis, an apocalyptic calamity.
Weapons: Nine is a dragoon, so he uses a lance as his weapon of choice.
Magic: He doesn't use magic often, but this is what he uses more.
