As always, ShinRa is a centre of controversy and intrigue. Many still view ShinRa with a deep mistrust, but what exactly is going on within these walls is a mystery. Has ShinRa mended its ways, or will it merely bring about more suffering?

Bevelle is the largest, and the Capital of Spira.This is home to the movement of Yevon. It is rules by High Preist. It has made liberal usage of machina, however Yevon, has forbidden. It is the home of the Fayth for Bahamut.This is Yuna's hometown where she was born,and now Baralai and New Yevon have taken over here since Sin has been defeated.

Besaid is located on the eastern shore and believe it not nothing has really changed at all. It's still on the beach with ruins of the old city standing tall. There is still trail you can follow up through the wilderness, pass the waterfall and to the small village where the temple is and the people live.

Seafront is a town with a warm climate that is regulated by the sea. It also has an abundance of seafood and other food resources. The size of the town is the biggest in the nearby area, and it trades often with other countries.

The highest platform in the town is the lighthouse, with clear view of the town from the top.

Since the town is right by the ocean, there are many different fish to catch. Most of them are available from any part of the town, however, the shaman fish are only available by the hidden beach which is next to the lighthouse.

Treno is the city of night, at least it used to be until coming to this world. Now the nobles have to deal with the sun coming up everyday, they usually stay inside till night falls once more. You can find Doctor Tot's tower, the card game arena and the auction house here. And don't mind the nobles, they were born stuck up.

It is the largest city in the game and is divided into four areas: the Theater District, the Industrial District, the Business District, and the Grand Castle. People transport from district to district via the Air Cabs. The regency itself is protected by the Lindblum Airfleet, and lives under the rule of Regent Cid Fabool IX.

Gran Pulse is an untamed wilderness with a vast open field and high cliffs in the distance....or at least it used to be. Although it still has it's beautiful scenic nature look, the crystal that was once there has vanished. And monsters still roam. You can also find New Bodhum, built by NORA and the original residents of the old Bodhum.

Founded as a republic governed by an active senate, this is the mightiest sovereign state in Valendia. The republic became an empire 200 years ago with the strengthening of its military power. Ever since, Archadia began invading its neighbors in an effort to expand its territories. In the past, an emperor is chosen from within the military, but as time passed, the politically powerful House Solidor manage to transform this system by removing all key figures of the military, establishing the leaders of House Solidor as emperors ever since.

Deling City is very big. You can still catch a tram car and ride down the streets. Stay in the hotel or take in the sights. Get some items, go clothes shopping or weapon shopping in the nearby stores. Even visit the mansion or take a tour the sewer, or look for an event happening on at the Presidential residence.

Winhill was the birthplace of Squall and home to Raine. It's a small little village that mostly keeps to it's self. There is a restaurant down the hill, a flower and item shop. Raine's place is an inn where you can rent a room. There is also an abandoned mansion which is rumored to be haunted.

Twilight Town, some of the people are a little cautious and curious to know why they have come to be here. There are many places to visit in Twilight Town including sunset hill, you can watch the sun go down each day. Night never settles upon Twilight Town, but for some odd reason, it does now.

The Moonflow is a large river running that once ran through the heart of Spira. It is notable for shoopuf rides and for the pyreflies that congregate around the surface of the water. An ancient machina city lies at the bottom of the Moonflow. Long ago, in hubris, a city was built on top of the river. It is said, however, that nature prevailed, and the city sank into the waters. Now to cross this river you have to take a boat since the shoopuf is no longer around.

Balamb Garden doesn't stay in one place for too long, it moves around constantly. It flies through the skies of this new world while the students go about their business. When it lands your welcome to go inside, there are the dorms, the cafeteria, the training facility and of course the class rooms. Elevators go up and down between the different floors.

A part of central Tokyo, famous for its fashion and nightlife. While everyday life goes on in the Realground (RG), the chosen dead are brought to an alternate plane of existence called the Underground (UG). The UG is also the venue for the Reapers' Game. By offering their most treasured possession to enter the Game, the dead (players) gain the chance to contest for the prize: to be brought back to life or to transcend to a higher form of spiritual existence.
